Platform Highlights
Download History
The Download History function has been enhanced to include search, filter and sort capabilities:

An enhancement to our search engine means users can now search their downloads by specific fields, for example Download Name, Asset Name, Status, Download Date, etc.

The UI allows for a downloaded item to be previewed and it also shows the metadata for the downloaded asset.

Administrator Download History
An Administrator is now able to view the details of every download requested by their users. The option to access this functionality can be found under the cog icon (when you have the new “View All Downloads” permission).

Utilizing the new index for the download data, the administrator can search for any download by specific fields, for example Created by, Download Name, Asset Name, Status, Download Date, etc.

Any downloaded item can be previewed, and this also shows the metadata for the downloaded asset.

Sub Page Search filter:
The Manage UI functionality has been extended to allow for an additional search filter to be configured and applied when a keyword search is entered on the sub page.

When accessing the Add/Edit page details for a sub page, a list of the available attributes (consisting of list and text attributes) is now provided as one or more potential filters to be used:

By selecting from the list, it is then possible to access a list of the entries for the attribute. This is done via the “Additional Filters to be applied” section by clicking the cog icon: Having selected from the possible entries, this is then applied as an additional filter when performing a keyword search from the sub page. If the attribute chosen is a text attribute, then it is possible to enter an additional text keyword, to be used when a keyword search is performed from the sub page.
Additional filters for a Last Published and a Last Modified Tile
The Last Published and the Last Modified tile configurations have been extended to allow for additional filters to be specified, using list and text attributes. These are now shown in the configuration of the tiles as “Available Filters”:

By selecting from the list, it is then possible to access a list of the entries for the attribute. This is done via the “Additional Filters to be applied” section by clicking the cog icon:

Having selected from the possible entries, this is applied as an additional filter when the Last Published or Last Modified tile are generated and shown to the users. If the attribute chosen is a text attribute, then it is possible to enter an additional text keyword, to be used when the Last Published or Last Modified tile are generated.
Template Studio Highlights
New export option in InDesign plugin
We’ve added a new option to the InDesign plugin named “Optimise images for smaller file size”. You can enable this option when exporting to downsample linked images to the resolution required for the design. This will help reduce the size of export files from InDesign and speed up the import process into Brandgility.

Selection of stacked elements
You can now cycle through stacked elements in the editor by using a modifier key (Mac: Command, Windows: Ctrl), as in other applications. Note: To support this change, the modifier key for multi-selecting elements on Windows has been changed from Ctrl to Shift.
Hide questions for preconfigured templates
If you're using the preconfigured template workflow, you can now specify which questions are shown to the user when they customize a preconfigured template. This allows you to present a tailored experience for initial configurations versus subsequent edits.

Underline properties
We’ve added color, width, and offset properties to text underlines. These enhancements give you greater control over underline appearance and enable effects such as highlighting. These properties can be applied to selected text or defined within a text style.
